Refund Policy for Rent My Tutor Little Innovators Program
At Rent My Tutor’s Little Innovators Program, we value the trust you place in us to provide exceptional early childhood education with a STEM focus. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your enrollment plans. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure transparency and fairness for all families.
1. Registration Fees
Registration fees are non-refundable. These fees cover administrative costs and securing your child’s spot in the program.
2. Tuition Fees
Refunds for tuition fees are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal Prior to Program Start Date:
- If you withdraw your child 30 days or more before the program start date, you will receive a full refund of the tuition fees paid, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Withdrawals made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the program start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the tuition fees paid.
- Withdrawals made less than 14 days prior to the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Withdrawal After Program Start Date:
- No refunds will be provided for withdrawals once the program has started.
- Exceptions may be made for significant medical or family emergencies on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the program director. Documentation may be required.
3. Capital Fund Fees
Capital fund fees are non-refundable as they contribute to long-term improvements and resources that benefit all enrolled students.
4. Lab Fees
Lab fees are refundable only if the withdrawal is made 30 days or more before the program start date. Withdrawals made within 30 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund of lab fees.
5. Aftercare Services
Refunds for aftercare services follow the same policy as tuition fees (outlined in Section 2).
6. Special Programs and Events
Fees for special programs, events, or camps are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rent My Tutor.
7. Payment Method and Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued via cheque or online transfer within 14 business days of the refund request being approved. Any processing fees charged by payment platforms are non-refundable.
8. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please:

- Include the student’s name, program enrolled, reason for withdrawal, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
9. Program Cancellation by Rent My Tutor
If Rent My Tutor cancels a program or class, all affected families will receive a full refund of applicable fees or the option to apply the amount toward another program.
