Terms and Conditions for Rent My Tutor Little Innovators Program
Welcome to the Little Innovators Program, provided by Rent My Tutor. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for participation in the program. By enrolling your child, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Fees
1.1 Eligibility: The program is open to children aged 2 to 5 years. Enrollment is subject to availability.
1.2 Fees: Tuition fees, capital fund fees, lab fees, and any additional fees must be paid as outlined in the program’s fee structure.
1.3 Payment: Fees must be paid in full before the start of each term. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in our Payment Policy.
1.4 Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with the program’s Refund Policy. Enrollment and assessment fees are non-refundable.
2. Program Schedule
2.1 Operating Hours: The program operates during the hours specified on the program’s website or handbook. Aftercare services are available as an add-on.
2.2 Holidays and Closures: The program follows the official calendar provided at the beginning of each academic year. Closures due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, public emergencies) may not be eligible for refunds or make-up sessions.
3. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
3.1 Timely Drop-off and Pick-up: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive and leave on time. Late pick-ups may incur additional fees.
3.2 Emergency Contacts: Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information for emergencies.
3.3 Health and Safety: Children displaying symptoms of illness must remain at home. Parents are required to inform the program of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1 Student Behavior: All children are expected to behave respectfully toward peers, staff, and the learning environment. Behavioral issues will be addressed in consultation with parents.
4.2 Parent Behavior: Parents and guardians must communicate respectfully with staff and adhere to program rules.
5. STEM Curriculum
5.1 Program Content: The program integrates STEM-focused activities with traditional preschool learning, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and foundational skills.
5.2 Adjustments: The program reserves the right to modify the curriculum or activities as needed to meet educational goals.
6. Liability
6.1 Safety Measures: While all reasonable measures are taken to ensure safety, Rent My Tutor is not liable for injuries sustained during regular program activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
6.2 Personal Belongings: The program is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items brought by children.
7. Media and Privacy
7.1 Photographs and Videos: Parents/guardians must consent to or opt-out of their child’s participation in photos/videos used for promotional purposes.
7.2 Data Protection: Personal data collected during enrollment will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination of Enrollment
8.1 Parent-Initiated Withdrawal: Parents wishing to withdraw their child must provide written notice as per the Refund Policy.
8.2 Program-Initiated Termination: Rent My Tutor reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment due to repeated behavioral issues or failure to comply with these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Resolution Process: Any disputes should be addressed to the program director in writing. Efforts will be made to resolve concerns amicably.
9.2 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago in which the program operates.
10. Amendments
10.1 Changes to Terms: Rent My Tutor reserves the right to update these Terms. Parents will be notified of significant changes.
